Hilda Fankah-Arthur, PhD

Hilda Fankah-Arthur is the president and founder of Centre For Intellectual Excellence (CFIE), a non-profit organization that serves as a resource hub for educational and professional advancement of diverse populations, particularly marginalized groups. She has years of experience working with diverse groups internationally and brings broad knowledge and experience in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion as well as Indigenous relations in Canada.
Hilda’s leadership in organizing the World Diversity in Leadership Conference stands out as a significant contribution to the dialogue on leadership and strength in diversity and it is a testament to her commitment to creating platforms for diverse voices. Her ability to engage with global leaders is notable, having interviewed figures such as Julia Gillard, Former Prime Minister of Australia; H.E. Dr. Jewel Taylor, Vice President of The Republic of Liberia; Dr. Cindy Blackstock, Executive Director of FNCFCS; Margaret Trudeau, Former First Lady of Canada; and Dr. Martin Luther King Jnr III. H.E. Fatima Braoule Meite

Her Excellency, Fatima Braoule Meite is the Ambassador of Mali to Canada.
Her excellency Fatima Braoulé Méïté is the ambassador of Mali in Canada in addition to her role as Permanent Representative of Mali with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
She graduated from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) and the State University of Stony-Brook to New York (SUNY at Stony-Brook), long island. She has a master’s degree in Business Administration as well as a double major in sociology.
She is focused and technical advisory work to governance, head of foreign mission across the world, and focuses at various spheres of government including the local level.

R. YOFI GRANT
Former CEO
Reginald Harry “Yofi” Grant draws from almost four decades of a successful career and experience in investment banking, finance, business development and public service, and in December 2024 retired as CEO of the Ghana Investment Promotion Center, under the Office of the President of Ghana, where he served for eight years .
Yofi is a skilled leader and a prominent financial policy advisor both in his country and beyond. He built a solid career in corporate banking as a senior executive with Cal Bank Ghana. As a partner with The Databank Group he had leadership responsibility roles in advisory, brokerage, and group marketing. He has a strong track record of leading advisory mandates for equity and debt transactions, including the creation and implementation of the AAF SME Fund LLC, one of the largest agriculture funds in sub-Saharan Africa. He is a partner and founder of Grant Dupuis Investments which held the Coldwell Banker license in Ghana and Nigeria.
He was a council member of the Continental Business Network of the African Union, and a member of the board of trustees of the OACP Endowment and Trust Fund. He remains passionately committed to shaping the continent’s financial and economic transformation.
Yofi served on the Steering Board of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies representing sub-Saharan Africa for three consecutive terms and has been involved in multiple private and public sector boards and committees, including the Public Private Partnership Approvals Board, Ghana Export Promotion Authority Board, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration Advisory Board, Ghana International Financial Services Advisory Committee, and was co-Chair (alongside Lady Catherine Hoey) of the UK-Ghana Investor Group.
Under his leadership, the GIPC was named the Best Investment Promotion Agency in West & Central Africa for 5 consecutive times. The Centre was also awarded Best Investment Promotion Agency in Africa four years in a row by CFI.co. He has received recognition for his leadership, including the Outstanding Public Leadership Award at the 2022 Ghana CEO's Summit and being honoured as Business Personality of the Year 2022 by International Investor Magazine.
He is currently retired but actively working with the GroundUp Project and other partners to raise a $250 million SDG-SME Fund of Funds with support from Convergence, the global network for blended finance.

H.E. Cheryl Bazard

Ambassador Cheryl E. Bazard KC is the Head of Mission of the Bahamas’ Embassy to the Kingdom of Belgium and Mission to the European Union. Ambassador Bazard is a Barrister-at-law with more than 30 years’ experience. She was called to the Bars of England & Wales and The Bahamas Bar in 1991.
Ambassador Bazard has practiced widely and also provided consultation and training in anti-money laundering and compliance in the financial, legal, health and maritime arena. She has more than Twenty (20) years’ experience as a Compliance Professional. She is the former Legal Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Regional Director of Compliance for CIBC and CIBC First Caribbean International Bank as well as Former Director of Compliance for Scotiabank (Bahamas) Limited.
Ambassador Bazard also sat as a Stipendiary and Circuit Magistrate.

Peter Mousaferiadis is the CEO of cultural enterprise Cultural Infusion, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and founded in 2002. He has had an extensive career in the cultural and creative industries as a conductor, creative director and producer, and is widely recognised as a thought leader in culture as a driver of progress, social cohesion and innovation.
Cultural Infusion builds global capability through intercultural action across education, research, the arts and Information and Communications Technology (ICT), delivering programs to more than 375,000 students annually.
